Freitag, 01.Dezember 2017 - 5:50 - Four games are on the schedule in Erste Bank Eishockey Liga on Friday. Already on Saturday follow another two games. Fehervar AV19 released Coach Benoit Laporte.

Fri, 01.12.2017: Fehervar AV19 – EC VSV (18:45, M4 live)
Referees: SIEGEL, SMETANA, Gatol, Nagy.
>Quick reunion between Fehervar AV19 and EC VSV. The two teams will face for the third time within 12 days on Friday in Hungary. Totally the clubs meet each other for the fourth (and maybe last) time 2017/18. On Sunday the Eagles beat the Devils at home with 4:3 and took revenge for the 1:2/SO-defeat one week before. While the Carinthians returned on the winning-street after four defeats in a row, the Hungarians stayed without points for the third time in a row.
>Fehérvár AV19 released Coach Benoit Laporte on Wednesday from service and reacted of the last results, place 11… Until the negotiations with the new Headcoach are finalized, Clint Thornton and Lajos Énekes will be in charge of the team.
>EC VSV, ranked on place 9, will face in the next five games the other teams placed in the second half of the table. On Friday the Eagles will face Fehervar AV19 (11) on the road. Then the Carinthians meet HC TWK Innsbruck „Die Haie“ (8), HCB Südtirol Alperia (12), HC Orli Znojmo (10) and Dornbirn Bulldogs (7).
>Fehervar AV19 won their last four home-games against EC VSV. Last time the Eagles were successful at Szekesfehervar was on January 31st 2016 or 669 days ago.
>Both teams have problems in Power Play and Penalty Killing.

>On Friday starts for KHL Medvescak Zagreb at Innsbruck an intense first december-weekend. Only 24 hours later the Bears are in action again at Dornbirn.
>HC TWK Innsbruck „Die Haie“ could not convince in November. The Tyroleans collected just five points (one win) from the last seven games and fell back to place 8. Less points (4) got just HCB Südtirol Alperia in November. Lately the Tyroleans lost four games in a row. KHL Medvescak Zagreb on the other side made a step forward in the ranking in November. The Bears collected 12 points (four wins) from seven games in November and are a Top 6 Team now.
>KHL Medvescak Zagreb show two faces this season: The Bears are one of the best clubs at home, but they are with just seven points (three wins) from ten games the worst team on the road. But take attention: Lately things were different! The Croatians lost their last home-game against Dornbirn Bulldogs even they had 46:27-shots 0:3, but won at Szekesfehervar 4:0.

Just nine days ago the Styrians won at home 3:2 and on Tuesday the Caps took revenge with a 3:0-Shutout-home-win.
>The Vienna Capitals lost their last game on November 21st 2017 at Graz, since that day the Champion celebrated three wins in a row. The 99ers winning-streak on the other side ended on Tuesday in Vienna after three games.
>Home-strength faces road-power! The Moser Medical Graz99ers got already 25 points (nine wins) from twelve home-games 2017/18. Lately the Styrians celebrated three home-wins in a row. The Capitals are even the best and most dangerous team on the road.
>The Vienna Capitals have the best Power Play in the League, scored already 25 goals from 86 Power Plays. The Styrians on the other side did not score in the last four games in Power Play, but they still have one of the best Power Plays in the League (efficiency 23,5%).

>With new Headcoach Kai Suikkanen bottom-club HCB Südtirol Alperia welcomes EC-KAC on Friday. It will be the fourth (and maybe already last) season-clash between this two teams. Just four days ago EC-KAC was successful against the Foxes at home 3:0. Klagenfurt even won the last five meetings with the Italians, inter alia the last two meetings at Bozen.
>The two teams showed difference performances lately. While the Italians collected just four points (one win) from the last seven games, Klagenfurt got 17 points. Lately the Austrians celebrated five wins in a row, while the Foxes lost their last three games.
>EC-KAC convinced lately on the road. The Austrians won their last six road-games and received totally just 12 goals. For the Italians on the other side the last five home-games were an up and down, win and defeat always rotated. Following the statistic Bozen must win on Friday.
>In the Power Play and Penalty Killing statistic HCB Südtirol Alperia is ahead of EC-KAC.

>Quick reunion between Dornbirn Bulldogs and KHL Medvescak Zagreb on Saturday at Dornbirn. On Monday the Bulldogs were successful at Zagreb 3:0 and celebrated their first ever win over the Bears.
>KHL Medvescak Zagreb is in action for the second time within 24 hours. On Friday the Bears will fight for points at Innsbruck.
>KHL Medvescak Zagreb travels with good memories to Vorarlberg. The Croatians won so far all (three) games at Dornbirn and always scored exactly four goals.
>In the first two meetings this season the road-team left the ice as the winner (DEC – MZA: 3:4/OT, MZA – DEC: 0:3). In both games Kevin Macierzynski could score one goal for DEC.
>Dornbirn Bulldogs had a good run in November. The Bulldogs collected 15 points (five wins) from eight games. Just Leader Vienna Capitals (18) and EC-KAC (17) collected more points. >HC Orli Znojmo tries to end their bad road-run at Salzburg (Sat) and Dornbirn (Sun). The Czechs lost their last six road-games and got totally 32 goals.
